Hello! My name is Bekah Rife. I have been a private chef for 5 years. I have cooked for all sorts of diets and many cuisines, but as of the past few years have transitioned into cooking plant-based. I studied plant-based cuisine at Rouxbe Culinary School and plant-based nutrition at eCornell University. My specialty is helping clients meet health and wellness goals whether it's for more energy, weight loss, managing diabetes, celiac, or heart disease through the power of food.

I hired Bekah to help me overhaul my diet and food choices. She shopped with me in the grocery store and taught me how to read nutrition labels. From there we did cooking lessons once a week until I felt comfortable in the kitchen cooking vegan food for myself. My health was not in good shape before I committed to trying a plant-based diet. Since Bekah's help, I am losing weight each week, have way more energy, feel much lighter and have a great new perspective on food and health. Safe to say my life is changing for the best! Bekah knows food and nutrition and is absolutely passionate about helping people. If you are looking to improve your health and make the switch to plant-based, I highly recommend contacting her!

Rebekah is a true culinary artist! I am not a vegan but I do try to eat as little meat and dairy products as possible. With that said, it’s not always easy to find dishes that can replace some of the more hearty dishes most people are accustom to. To broaden my horizons I took cooking class with Rebecca and was truly blown away. We prepared three different dishes and all were just as, in not more satisfying than the meat versions! We made a walnut and shitake mushroom lettuce wraps, cauliflower nachos and a vegan cacio di pepi pasta. First off, Rebekah is a great instructor and was very patient and informative explaining the ingredients used and how they help give flavor, color and texture to each dish. Boy did she deliver! Everything was rich in flavor and texture and had a great presentation to boot. I highly recommend everyone explore more vegan options not just because it’s good for the plant and animal treatment, but simply because it’s just delicious!
