- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a JUMP START Session for 1st time clients at a special discounted rate when you request a quote through Thumbtack. After that pricing is determined on a case by case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You provide the agenda for our sessions. I provide the guidance, tools & support. Coaching is a co-creative process. Every client is unique; together we design a custom program with your interests, challenges & goals in mind. The typical session takes place over the telephone or on Skype. Sessions are approximately 60 minutes long. There may be instances when program materials will be delivered to you via email, prior to a particular session, and those program materials should be completed in advance of your appointment.
