We had a great experience with Steven! He was very understanding, encouraging, and supportive. Quick, had good idea and always on time. Not completing the project was entirely on my side. I would hire him back and really should!

Steven organized our garage and helped us start prepping for our move to our new house. He was fast, efficient, had great ideas and super skilled at organizing! I couldn’t be more pleased! And to top it off he was kind and solicitous! I was very tired with a nagging backache and he set me up so I could be comfortable while I sorted through some of the stuff! Would definitely love to work with him again!

Sttevenn is warm, quirky (in a good way), and energetic. I can easily imagine him adjusting to any client’s needs because he was so responsive to our situation. I also hired a friend’s teenage son to assist, and Sttevenn worked well with him. We got our garage organized in 2, 5-hour days. Now it’s up to us to maintain it. We’re better prepared to do this than ever before in our 53 1/2 years of marriage.

Garage cleaning and organizing - Sttevenn was so personable and efficient. he made sure we were looking through boxes while he was working so he never had to wait around for us to make a decision. he pulled them out for us to look through. he kept us on track and did an awesome job and in only 4 hours. we'll have him back for our storage space under the house.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Services are offered Per Hour, so you can control your budget and how much time you need me for. Also, We can do a 2 hour "Trial Run" to give an example of work with no obligation to see if we are a good fit for each other. Most sessions are 3 hours. Usually 2.5 hours organizing and 1/2 hour to clean up / plan / set next appointment if needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is a FREE phone consultation. After, we schedule a in house diagnosis / consultation that includes a written estimate. From there we can... A. start right then or B. schedule a time to start later on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have personal moving experience and 14+ years organizing all types of clients. Have acquired customer service skills from my 14+ years organizing and 11 years of my landscaping business in another life.
