- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A basic service call is $95 which includes the first 1/2hr onsite which in most cases can take care of many issues and lube and inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being in THIS industry since 1994 I have many years of experience on all sorts of odd issues. I have gone to many training seminars and I have constantly tried to keep up on the products we work with both in residential and commercial. I am certified in rolling steel fire doors and have extensive training on motor operators, control boards and high speed doors, gate operators, Dock levelers, glass aluminum storefront doors and hardware, metal swing doors and hardware, operable walls, and many other doors and systems of the industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the industry in 1994. I was hired on as a crewman to the owner of a local door company at the time. I learned first hand how to focus on every job as best you could as he was trying to build a good name for his business.
