What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, our prices are based on property size of increments of less than a half acre, one half to one full acre, and one acre and above. We also sell packages or bundles of sprays at a discounted rate from the cost of a single spray.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can describe our service in detail and provide a quote online. Should the customer accept our quote we will schedule the treatment and complete the service asap (usually within a day or two).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a corporate franchise that is locally owned and have had both company level and field training through our corporate partner. We also attend seminars and workshops, plus communicate with other franchise owners.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a public school teacher when the opportunity for me to own my own business came along.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mainly residential, but also commercial and some light industrial clients as well.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently replaced a disabled automatic misting system with a brand new system for a homeowner who was getting "eaten alive." He was very satisfied with the results. The entire project took about 5 1/2 hours to complete.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't just settle for the lowest bid. We have full general liability, commercial automotive, and worker's comp coverage for your (as well as our own) protection. Fly by night providers may actually do more damage than good. Be sure to make an "apples to apples" comparison before deciding who you choose to allow to perform work on your property.
