- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, although some projects may be very simple in scope, i.e.. painting a room, there are typically variables (size and number of rooms, condition of walls and amount of preparation, repairs to existing surfaces) that will affect the cost to perform the work.

Initial meeting with client to review project and create scope of work. Offer possible alternatives or solutions to obstacles. Measure job for proposal. I typically will email or mail proposal to client after this meeting and review any questions or finalize options. Upon clients acceptance, we will schedule project start date, and begin work.
