He showed up a few minutes prior to the appointment time. I had only scheduled the appointment earlier that morning. He was prompt, looked over the whole furnace to be sure the initial diagnosis was the only problem, went to get a part, installed it, and was done in an hour!!!! It was amazing! ! ! ! Probably the best value for any sort of home improvement or maintenance job we have had. The amount was very reasonable!!!!!!!!!!! He also suggested other improvements to make in the future, if we want and took a picture of the parts so he would have the model numbers already if we decided to move forward with that. OVERALL, a very pleasant experience from start to finish. THANK YOU!!!
