- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is 10% of the monthly rent plus a administrative fee per month of $28.00. Also out of the first full month rent will be an additional 10% taken out as a finders fee. This fee is paid to the agent who has shown and submitted the tenants application. I do not charge advertising fee, which is typically around $500.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically Talk with the homeowner on the phone first. We will then do a rental analysis to help determine the best price for that property. We will next meet the homeowner to explain our services and pricing, as well as show the homeowner the rental analysis. Then we all sign the property management agreement, put the house on the market, and secure the best Tennant.
