FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on TNM (Time and Material) when scope is not defined or Fixed price when scope is defined and freezes by client or tech team. Based on shared scope team divide entire project into phases / modules and provide milestones. First team complete milestone only than we expect funds to be released associated with that milestones. FIXED FEE or FLEXIBLE Agreements! Once we understand a project’s risk we can then determine whether the best engagement model is a fixed fee or a flexible arrangement. We know that 95% of our clients change features or sometimes pivot their whole concept completely, that’s why we offer an exclusive agreement to either lock down a fixed price (and features) or provide you the ultimate flexibility in being able to develop your project with a road map that can change at anytime! This means we deliver the greatest business value possible, and you get to walk away with the product you and your customers need right now, not what you thought you wanted at the start, as we know that will always change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A Once initial contact has been made, an in-person visit is scheduled. During this visit the ideas a homeowner might have for their project are discussed, we will also offer some suggestions as needed, and begin the process of figuring out what the total cost to do the work will be. A detailed estimate will be provided complete with materials to be used, allowances for some items, expected timeline, and the overall scope of work to be included. Our bidding process is designed to be turn-key. In other words, the price quoted is the price you will pay unless upgrades are requested, changes to the original scope of work are made, or hidden issues not known at time of quote become an issue
