Yes, we price our menus per person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer is different and I enjoy learning the expectations of my newest clients. After the initial discussion of the basics, a meeting is scheduled to go into further details about your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a classically trained Chef, AA in Culinary Arts. I have worked for Hilton Hotels, Thompson Hospitality and currently I own and operate Spoonful of Word, LLC Catering and Concessions Company and I am a Chef Instructor at The International Culinary School of the Art Institute of Virginia Beach
