- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a combination of standardized book pricing for parts of our estimating developed by a national estimating firm from we subscribe and we have developed an in house cost pricing to provide a fair and equitable pricing guide for all of are clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would appreciate our customers to contact us through Thumbtack after we have answered their request and then we will have our experienced contractor/designer team meet with the client on site to review the project and discuss details and ideas. After that meeting we develop a precise plan and cost overview of the project for our clients with a line item estimate for review. It is from that estimate that revisions are made to create a scope of work and an agreement to proceed to a permit to work. Once the appropriate permits are secured work begins and products and completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of field experience in design and construction and our company is class A General Contractor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We also attend national seminars and training expos to stay up on latest trends and ideas to help our clients and our field personnel.
