He did a wonderful job! All pet stains are gone and the odor has been removed! My carpets were destroyed but now it look awesome! Highly recommended company! Will use them again!

I only have 1 small room that's carpeted so it's hard to get someone to clean it for a reasonable price (w/o the minimum price of $100 that most companies require).
Great price, showed up on time, & finished job in a timely manner. Only thing I would have wanted differently--
for him to vacuum the space prior to shampooing. I did so before he came, but I assumed he would too, using a heavy duty industrial vacuum to get up anything remaining (especially dog hair).
Either way, the carpet looks great and ALL the stains came out! I'll definitely use him again.
