- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We practice fair pricing; we do give 10% off when filing multiple tax returns, to our Military members and/or seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first create an appointment to have a FREE consultation, review proper documentation, answer our clients concerns, speaks about posible options and lastly finalize the type of return they want to file.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professionalism is attribute we thrive on; most of the accountants in our firm have dedicated them self to long hours of study and graduated from a local Institution; such as Old Dominion University and ECPI in the area of accounting and science.
