- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our service on a project basis. Pricing depends on the scope of work, number of participants, frequency and duration of the engagement. Our initial 90-day Challenge averages $1500.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial engagement is called the 90-day Challenge. It begins with an assessment and focuses on the “Plan” stage of our PDIA process. This allows both our clients and us to determine if we are a good fit for each other before continuing on to a longer (12 months or more) engagement through the develop, implement and assess stages, to minimize risk.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served over 20 years in leadership and teaching assignments in the world’s greatest leadership laboratory, the US Army in both combat arms and special operations assignments. I also earned a doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University.
