- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my standard of pricing on what my customer is willing to pay for my services and then we work it out from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate via the telephone or email and I explain in detail what I can offer them as a photographer. I send out an event questionnaire. We will either set up an appointment to meet or talk over the phone, then I email out the contract. The client will decide if they want me for their photographer, I accept payment plans or 50% down then the balance paid when I arrive at the event. I accept cash, check, PayPal or credit cards. However the day of of event I do not accept checks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended College of the Sequoias and New York Institute of Photography to study photography. I attend various conventions,and seminars on photography which is fun and educational at the same time.. I never stop learning about my craft. You can never know to much, So I continue to educate myself. I devote three hours a day to online learning if I'm not editing photos.
