- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, our pricing system is rather flexible, very low, and suitable for our customers needs. Our prices seldom ever change. At Juh and Leo Cleaning we try to establish a set price and reach a compromise on our pricing system that is both suitable for our customers and company. We will always honor that price for at least one year of service before we raise our prices. So there are no worries with our company and prices fluctuating up all the time. We try to give our customers the same low prices we set for the same quality work they receive. We will always offer a free in house appointment and estimate to meet with our customer and discuss all their cleaning needs and a schedule that works best for them along with a set price that fits their budgets.

In two ways, by quotes or in person checking the customer's need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In Juh and Leo Cleaning, customer service is our biggest goal. We can never learn enough about communication skills,interacting with customers, or how to provide top quality services in our industry. We are always trying to improve these strengths so that customer satisfaction is our number one goal. There are always new methods of cleaning and new products to use. The education teaches us how to grow and to interact with our customers. Also education is a high priorty for myself and my company. There is never enough to learn!
