- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I almost always will need an inventory of all the items you need to have moved and I can email you an inventory list for you to complete and send back for an evaluation. This list has to be sent from my direct email address which I will provide to you during a phone call. However I would not need a list if it is a couple or so items. I also try to find out if there are any special requirements or unusual conditions that my customer may have for their move. An example is when there is a divorce and the person moving does not want to be present on location for the move. Another example is when nobody can be present at the loading or unloading address. Another example is when there are multiple stops to pick up or drop off items. Another example is if my customer needs to ride along which can sometimes be accommodated. Another example is when a customer simply needs their own truck and/or trailer driven from one location to another. I have done this when needed and then I simply caught a flight back home. So I am fairly flexible for my customer's needs. I am open to consider any special or unusual needs that my customer may have for their moving or delivery needs.
