My family has been in the industry and I have grown up with real estate being in my blood. I have worked in lending as well and have a full understanding of the industry on multiple different levels.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure to hire someone who is familiar with the area you are focusing in or selling in. There are different trends within each sub-market that are important to take into consideration, you certainly want someone with that knowledge.
