Vincent called prior to his arrival letting me know he was on his way. He was very professional and personable. He cleaned 4 rooms in a timely manor. My 3 yr old carpet looks and feels new again. I would not hesitate to use him again.

My 10 year old light beige carpet was in good shape. It just needed some traffic patterns cleaned and well to be honest some dog accidents that left a light discoloration. I've hired the big name companies and they did not come close to Vincent's cleaning. My carpet looks brand new. i heartily endorse the hiring of Carpet Masters Carpet Care.
