- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing 1 session $120 Monthly Packages to choose from: 2 times a week per month $600 3 times a week per month $800 4 times a week per month $1000 If I am traveling very far to train then please add another 100 to the packages
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is different so the requirements varies per client. I need to see what shape they are in for example cardio wise, muscle endurance wise, body wise, condition wise, body wise for this I put them through a workout which will tell me about their inner body and outside body and according to that I will let them know what we need to do together to accomplish their goals. I focus on right techniques to attain lean muscle mass not heavy weights. I recommend them to see me at least 4 times a week to get to their results faster.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bs. Degree in rehab and therapeutic exercises. Over 20 years of clients body transformation experience. Learned and applied a lot of training with different professionals in this field. I have trained vast clients who just want to loose weight and tone, conditioning, lean mass gain, bikini, figure, Physique, classic Physique, bodybuilding competions. You name it I have trained clients in those categories. Trained the trainers for a major franchise gym for almost 8 years.
