FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My clients should know that my prices are good considering the quality of the products they are getting. To be honest my prices might seem higher than others due to the time and process I put into being able to provide quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact with the client be it online, phone or email, I encourage them to meet up with me at the studio in order for them to see my past work samples, meet me in person so that they know I not a fraud and make arrangements for whatever they might need. When clients come over we start to build a relationship, which through experience has turned out to be a good ingredient for great photography.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I picked up a camera that was it, I have never put it down. I am self- taught as they say but I have been attending Classes with some Masters in the industry from all over the world. It has been such a great experience and I'm always learning something new and updating my equipment and tools. It's a constant.
