College Prep and Tutoring

Introduction: This comprehensive program will offer students help with SAT prep, college essay writing, and the college application process. This one-on-one service will allow students to thrive and focus on what they want and need from higher education. I take great pride in providing a program that leads to a student's success. In a one-on-one setting, I am able to connect with the needs of each individual student and tailor the program to fit those needs. For each tier, they will get specific guides to help them succeed in their quest for higher education. The SAT preparation portion will have students taking two practice tests, receiving two personalized study guides, and three one-on-one preparation sessions. These sessions will focus on areas of need as well as general test prep. The college essay tier will allow students to tap into their creativity and write a personal and interesting essay. There will be two edits as well as two one-on-one sessions to guide their essay writing process. The final tier, college application, will help students determine their dream school and complete applications effectively. Students will complete a survey and have two sessions with the advisor in order to determine what schools to apply to and what their best chance for admission is. All three tiers will give the students a comprehensive college application program.
