- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a coaching client there is an initial "getting to know you" call. Then the client is expected to fill out a few documents before our first session. If a motivational or leadership speaking event there will be a "developing the content" call where we discuss the purpose of the event in order to best facilitate the things desired to be accomplished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified life coach through several different organizations. 15 years experience in coaching, leadership and professional development as well as motivational speaking.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Began working within some local organizations and then went out on my own to begin helping others develop their strengths and to help organizations overcome dysfunction and function at a high level.
