FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I try to understand the customers needs. Once I know what they are trying to accomplish, I can advise them further of their options if necessary. I try to make sure both the customer and myself understands the goal, and the process of achieving the goal. Everything should always be transparent and forthright.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to trade school and joined the carpenters union.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be to find a professional, and to keep quality in mind. It is usually a mistake to choose a contractor based on the cheapest bid. It is better to pay one time for a quality product than to have to pay multiple times to fix an inferior product. There is always a reason you will get an unusually low price. Be willing to pay a fair rate for a quality product done right the first time. You will be satisfied with an investment and not a headache.
