Generally, each pest for a residential customer has a predetermined price and warranty associated with the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our amazing customer service representatives will help the customer over the phone. They can help diagnose the problem, provide an estimate, and schedule service for your property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians are required to be licensed by the states we provide service to. Additionally, all licensed technicians are required, by law, to earn credits through state approved training's on an annual basis.
