- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personal training-Clients will come in for an initial assessment in which we will discuss goals, injuries, and I will answer any questions they have. I will take and record measurements including weight, tape measurements and sometimes body fat. Sessions are progressive of one another and as clients strength and endurance improve workouts will change. Nutrition- If clients choose to do "in person nutrition" they will come in for an initial assessment in which we will discuss goals, they will fill out forms regarding personal preferences, and we will take their measurements. A specialized diet will be created for you based on gender, weight, activity level, and fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an AFAA certified personal trainer and an NAFC certified nutrition coach.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients ranging in age from teenagers to seniors. Client injuries that I have worked with include knee problems/replacements, spinal fusions, lower back problems, torn rotator cuff/shoulder problems, sciatica, and more.
