Introduction: I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I have been training for more than 8 years and have a great deal of experience working with a variety of clients. Every clients program is different; I design programs based on my client's needs. These include past injuries, current body movement deficiencies, medical inhibitions, and many other factors. Together we will create a goal and I will give 100% effort in helping you achieve results. I believe that maintaining a fit body and healthy eating are critical components of living a happy and healthy life. I have watched all of my clients grow both physically and mentally. It is exciting for me to see my clients results, knowing that I have helped them to achieve them.

I love training with Brianna. She is a great trainer. I never really enjoyed working out that much but I have found a new love for it because of Brianna's motivation and I have never felt better!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Personal training-Clients will come in for an initial assessment in which we will discuss goals, injuries, and I will answer any questions they have. I will take and record measurements including weight, tape measurements and sometimes body fat. Sessions are progressive of one another and as clients strength and endurance improve workouts will change. Nutrition- If clients choose to do "in person nutrition" they will come in for an initial assessment in which we will discuss goals, they will fill out forms regarding personal preferences, and we will take their measurements. A specialized diet will be created for you based on gender, weight, activity level, and fitness goals.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am an AFAA certified personal trainer and an NAFC certified nutrition coach.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with clients ranging in age from teenagers to seniors. Client injuries that I have worked with include knee problems/replacements, spinal fusions, lower back problems, torn rotator cuff/shoulder problems, sciatica, and more.
