- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My website provides the estimates based on distance or hourly rates. I personally honor a 10% discount to Senior Citizens & Military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is rather simple, the customer can easily create their reservation by clicking on 'Book Now' on our website. We are then alerted to the reservation request, which allows us to either accept or decline the reservation. Our reservation system will then email the customer the confirmation or rejection response. (We've yet to reject a customers realistic reservation & if we ever do, there will definitely be a personal detailed explanation as to why from me.) Once the customer is confirmed, they can pretty much rest assured knowing that they've just hired the right company. As the saying goes "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night". :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides a Degree in Computer Science and another in Business Management, myself & my staff are all Licensed Chauffeurs.
