- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices will vary based on coat type, services requested and whether any additional services are needed such as pick up/drop off and daycare for the day. Please reach out for a more detailed quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with online communication and then a phone call. It’s important to know what services you are looking for, find out a little more about your pup and make sure your pup has a current Rabies vaccination.
