- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge based on time and how demanding I believe the shoot will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to understand what the customer is looking for in terms of style, look, lighting, location, etc. If they have examples of the kind of photos they would like, I encourage them to send them to me. If they aren't sure what they want, I do my best to help them decide by offering different options and ideas.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with models, actors and actresses, celebrities, charities, theaters, couples, animals, corporate accounts, and event coordinators. I'm typically able to adapt to any setting and client.
