- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. I have a standard hourly rate and I am willing to craft personalize packages based on my client's specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is a complimentary call. This call takes about 30 minutes and I'm determined you get value from this conversation. This session is done over the phone and I listen for what you want to create and offer suggestions from the conversation. At the end of the call, if we are a match, and you hire me, we will set up a weekly call for the number of sessions you purchase. I do also offer a discount when a month of sessions is paid in full.

My professional career has paved the way to a strong foundation for coaching. From working as a Recruiter to a Manager supporting a workforce development department, I have the insight and skills to support your goals. I love working with people to make a difference in their lives and have dedicated a lot of time on my own personal growth and development which has elevated my skills to provide expert coaching.
