- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our first call is free. Pricing is shared, thereafter, following our initial conversation. Hourly prices are determined by the length of the engagement. I work with people to ensure their success.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You are working to create something for yourself. My role is to help you explore and articulate your ideas and then design the actions that bring them to fruition. I use many methods of inquiry and a handful of measurement tools - as wanted by the client - to enable your exploriation. I work with clients over a series of focused conversations in which the desired end result is defined by you. All of our conversations are confidential. Each meeting begins with an assessment of work done between the previous and current meeting. Through inquiry, you then explore your ideas, obstacles, and success measures, and end each meeting with you, the client, devising actions to move forward. As you progress, I provide access to my network -- people who can help you in specific operational areas -- and resources that enable greater, more efficient success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Georgetown University's Executive Coaching and Transformational Leadership Program. I have 20+ years in high-tech manufacturing, retail, and software start-ups in leadership roles.
