Introduction: All of our work is done virtually on a one-on-one basis. Clients virtually meet (video chat) with their nutritionist twice per week to assist with proper meal planning and to learn the fundamentals of nutrition. Our goal is to provide clients with the tools to make long term changes that they will be able to sustain long after working with us. We focus on each client's needs on an individual basis, helping to problem solve difficult situations and events. The most rewarding aspect of my job is seeing the growth and success of my clients. Helping individuals live a healthier, longer life is extremely profound.

I am a prior Marine but struggled to maintain my weight over the last decade. This led to health problems and ultimately two back surgeries, which only added to my frustration. As a prior Marine, I never ran from a challenge and I put the work in at the gym. Unfortunately, I couldn’t break through and my weight would bounce up and down and I’d ultimately regress in frustration. That’s when I contacted OnPoint. Better understanding of nutrition and proper eating habits has helped me tremendously. My coach is responsive, encouraging, and flexible enough to adjust my plan when I ask about incorporating different things into my diet. She has helped me establish a solid routine and has taught me how to adjust after temporarily falling off the wagon. With the help of OnPoint, I’ve steadily dropped around two pounds per week while gaining muscle tone. More importantly, this is the best I’ve felt over the last decade. I have a ways to go to meet my health and fitness goals, but I have no doubt OnPoint Nutrition can get me there.

When I started with Britney, my A1C level was 13. After just 4 months of a diet I could definitely live with, I lost 10 lbs. and brought my A1C level down to 6.7. Seeing her every week kept me motivated. She was my nutritionist, my coach, my disciplinarian, but always my friend and always cheering me on. OnPoint Nutrition not only helped me lose weight and get my diabetes under control, it gave me the tools and information to make lifelong changes. Britney explained why some foods were better for me than others, and we made a plan around foods that I liked and ate regularly. I would recommend OnPoint Nutrition to anyone looking to make a lifestyle change. Thanks to them, my diabetes is under control and my overall health is 100% better.

I had such a great time working with Britney and her team. The one-on-one time and the convenience of working through Skype worked great for me. I learned so much more about the foods that are needed to make my baby work and why some foods I should avoid. I feel so much healthier as a result of following this plan. As a result of being healthier I went from a size 12 to a size 4.

Since starting with OnPoint, I feel in control of the way I eat, prepare food, eat at restaurants, and have lost weight. I have been able to work toward my eating and weight loss goals with the help of my nutritionist, Ivy, who has been such a resource and wonderful guide through this process. The ability to work remotely with Ivy and track all my food online is a huge plus since I live out of state and travel frequently. My sessions with Ivy and the extensive resources available through the website and member portal are why I think this program has been easy to follow and a great value compared to some other nutrition counseling options out there.
