- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a fixed fee for LinkedIn profiles, resumes, interview coaching and career counseling. Each project is given careful consideration--my goal is to identify, highlight and market your skills and abilities. I take an individualized approach; working with you to uncover talents, skills and competencies that you may not even be aware you possess. Based on career experience, clients fall into one of four categories: Entry Level, Mid-Level Professional, Executive Level Professional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your resume should be an accurate depiction of you, your current skills as well as your capabilities past your previous and present experience. When complete, the final product should be one to which you can speak to during an interview. Within 3-5 business days, after our initial contact, you'll receive the first draft of your new resume. About 80% of the time, this version is what you'll end up using (or very close). Otherwise, we'll work together in making the necessary changes for the final product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Human Resource consultant with over 14 years of staffing and career development experience. I have a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
