OUR TYPICAL PROCESS IS TO SEAL THE DEAL WITH A TASTING OF PROPOSED MENU ITEMS 85% OF THE TIME AFTER WE DO A TASTING WE FINALIZE THE MENU AND GET A DEPOSIT TO SECURE THE DATE.

WE HAVE OVER 40 YEARS OF RELEVANT TRAINING IN THE FOOD SERVICE INDUSTRY. THE GREAT THING ABOUT OUR STAFF IS THAT WE ALL HAVE ON THE JOB TRAINING.
