I could not have had a better experience than working with the Creative Reflections Design Team! The professionalism and organization from start to finish was impeccable! Whenever doing projects like these I always expect some sort of unforeseen issue to arise but the process was seamless with Creative Reflections. I'm a busy professional with little free time. I knew how I wanted my bedroom to feel, and chose some colors to start with, but Creative Reflections did the rest. I spent a few minutes completing a well thought out questionnaire that asked all the questions I wouldn't have even thought of. Then a few short weeks later...BAM! I was in my dream bedroom, mouth agape, and drooling all over the little details incorporated into my Glam Caribbean Bedroom. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a fee per hour service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a brief telephone converstation to talk about client design preferences. We then set up an in home or virtual consultation depending on the design service selected. We have our Full Design Service, E-Design, Consultation and A-la-carte service. After the desired service is selected we move on to our Proposal Phase. From there we move into the Design Concept Phase, Procurement then Installation. Our Full Design Services usually takes 45-90 days. E-Design is completed within two weeks.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I carry a certificate in Interior Design.
