- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our efficient scheduling and routing systems allow us to save in operations cost and provide attractive rates to our clients. Our goal is to save our clients as much money as we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our clients book and manage their appointments on-line. They authorize front desk to give our team the key to their apartment. Once we finish cleaning the apartment, we return the key to front desk. Other clients give us a key, which we store in our safe after creating a key code for it. Our cleaning service is guaranteed, and if there is ever an issue, we will make it right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate Degree in Quality Control from Broom Community College in Binghamton, NY. I love cleaning, and I found ways to use Quality Assurance Systems in the cleaning industry. Every process can be improved until achieving a result as close to perfect as possible.
