- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After setting up a time for an estimate, I normally come out to the job site, introduce myself, get an idea of the work that the customer is looking to have done, and put together an estimate and design(depending on the type of work the customer is looking to have done, as the landscape industry has many different fields) and then go back for a 2nd meeting with the customer and go over everything that I have put together. We then move forward from there.
