- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is negotiable, always willing to personalize to fit any budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
initial contact from customer is basic outline of what is being requested/date+time/# guests/budget from there, a phone call introduction and discussing further details to decide if it will work out. At that point, I will provide any menus/details needed on my end and once agreed upon, a 50% deposit will need to be made. Once the deposit is received the event will be confirmed on my end and my schedule will be blocked out. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the event.
