- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of the job is dependent on many variables. I base most of my pricing on square footage of the project. The more accurate detail I receive, the more accurate of a quote I can produce.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone call to get to know the customer and what they want done. I then like to meet the customer and see the work to be done for myself so I can give a fair and accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree from Jefferson Community College. My employees and I all have experience on the job .
