- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on event! I always do my Bert very best to save my clients as much money as possible all while making sure thier event is everything they want it to be without comprimpse. Clients pay for supplies and services and labor. All jobs are negotiable and I am happy to attempt to work with this on an extreme budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my client in person or over the phone to go over what the client is looking for and thier price range and what aspects of thier requests are most important to them in order to accommodate them as best as possible. I like to go over creative options with my clients so they are able to make the best choice for them and thier event. We all have a different vision of how we want our event to go. It's important to me to achieve my clients goals 100% of the time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 11 years experience as a mother and helped raise my siblings. In doing this I learned to budget and be creative and do things and make things myself! I started doing event planning and found I just love doing it! I've not had any formal education, just lots of experience!
