The company is brand new and I appreciated the prompt reply to the request that I sent for scheduling service. However, for the price of over $400 to clean my travertine floors, I barely noticed a difference in the floor tiles or grout. It especially didn't clean the grout. The company owner and employee were very courteous and professional. I guess I expected the end result to be much better. I also asked about sealing the floors, as this is recommended for travertine annually. We purchased the house 1 year ago and hadn't had them sealed within that time. I didn't feel like the technicians were knowledgeable about the floor type and recommendations.
