1) I requested service for 8 windows of curtains - was not clearly explained that quote was for 8 curtains. Some were left on the rod with no explanation as to why. 2) The curtains were "cleaned" outside, but, as the pictures attest, came in the house with more dirt than when they left. I had to clean them up myself. 3) It was not made clear to me that the wet curtains would be returned to me but I would have to re-hang them myself. Hello max sorry for your inconvenience, I offered to come out and clean what may of gotten dirty and make right with you on the job. Also the quote was for 8 curtains Chris cleaned 13 curtains and you were only charged for 8 not including what was still on the wall. And We had mentioned the curtains were still wet and were not going to be hung to avoid damage to floor and drywall. Sorry for your inconvenience.
We had lots of debris in front of our home that had to be removed, contact this young and he was at our house within the hour. Loaded up the trash, and everything was done in 15 minutes. Paid him in cash and we were happy with our service.Jul 23, 2018Verified
