No. I do calculate the pricing according to customer request in meals types
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Is to lesson first. Customers are the stars for me and be always respectful and devoted to his demand. although I give him also my thought and advises about his choices so he can trust me, and fell relax and confident he will be very satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am graduated from ecole hoteliere in France. This high level school gave me all important sophisticated technical knowledge to be able to achieve the best in Culinary Art. I do also have food safety Manager certification
