- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer, Someone from our team will do the initial phone call to get the information about your event. After, a menu will be create just for you, based on the request that you've made, and you can expect an email within 24 hours with that customized menu. If you decide you love what we have to offer, a catering agreement will be sent to you and upon signing you can put a deposit for your event, then your all set!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chef is certified by the Culinary Institute of America and had initially started his career working a as a chef in the Caribbean at multiple all-inclusive resorts. From there, he was driven to expand his knowledge and start to working for various restaurants as a Sous-chef. Now, with his expanding business, he wants a boarder reach to his customers.
