- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
200 hour yoga instructor, workshops in ashtanga, hatha, meditation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with pranayama (breathing exercises) as a way to calm down when I was an over active 11 year old and to help manage stress. From there I haven't wanted to stop because of how amazing my body feels every time I practice.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've had beginners and experienced yogis, athletes, stressed out teachers and students.
