- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat rate pricing. We do charge to come out to the home but will not charge the fee if the repair is done with us. Customers that take advantage of our Advantage Plans do receive 24/7 emergency service with no additional fees and 15% discount on repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process of work with a new customer is to book an appointment first. Then the day before we try to remind them. On the day of we call 30 mins ahead.
