- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We win or it's free... so you only pay us if we win your case. We'll take all of the risk and absorb all of the costs to research and take on your case. As experienced trial attorneys we're confident we'll win... or you owe us nothing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every case is different. We suggest you talk to us before you talk to the insurance company or opposing parties about your case. Make sure that you understand your constitutional rights before you enter into situations that could impact your financial life and well being forever. We'll meet and take our time to get to know you and your particular case, and let you get to know us, answer all of your questions, and be up-front about what direction we feel we can go to, if any. If we don't feel your case is viable, we'll tell you that as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
