Therapy by Mindy

Introduction: Mindy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults and families for 10 years. She believes in starting where the client is and utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as insight oriented therapy. Some of the issues Mindy works with include anxiety, depression, weight loss, infertility, relational issues, stress management, grief and loss issues, parenting struggles, and adjustment issues. Helping children and adults with stress and anxiety, which includes providing relaxation tools, is a particular specialty. Mindy is also a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor. Here at Therapy by Mindy, I know what you’re going through, and I’m here to work with you, understand and address your problems, and work towards remedying them with a newfound confidence.
