- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a basic standard pricing for all general pest issues that we cover, but for specialty services we do price them separate. In many cases we will offer bundle pricing at a bigger discount to help our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first do a discovery call to establish more information about the exact type of pest issue/issues they are having. Then we offer them a few difference plans or one time services that are specifically geared to treat, eradicate, and leave them pest free once more. Once they have decided on a protection plan, we then go out and do an interior and exterior service. We walk our customer through each step of the way, and offer them more than just a general treatment as others may.
