FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, finding out there names. haha . . My process is simple, after coming to know there needs or reason for my service I sit down with them and talk about the details regarding there special day or engagement shoot. Some clients have a fairly good idea of what they want and others have no clue, but during this process I guide them in pin pointing the "must's" and the other special things they might want me to capture.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a young'n I've developed a liking for capturing moments. It wasn't until my 20's did I actually pursue the technical things of photography. I just so happened to get into fashion and landscape photography and soon after developing a hidden passion for film. I wanted my work to be part of something meaningful and by being lead, came a liking for wedding photography. Noticing not only am I able to exercise multiple creative skills while capturing weddings, but these moments are to be remembered for decades to come.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
First off, quality. The quality of your final product and following that, budget. When you hold these things first in searching for, not just a photographer, but any service, you'll be able to narrow down who you want to work with. If the company can't deliver quality work, then why even begin talking with them. After that, would be the following questions : 1. Are they in my budget ? 2. What do others have to say about them ? 3. Is they're style similar or exactly what I'm looking for ? 4. Will they buy my drink when meeting. (Very Optional)
